Delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
- Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
- Applies to 2-5 working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
Please note UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Damaged Merchandise Return Policy:
When you receive EuroRehab merchandise from the shipping company, please examine it carefully. If you receive a damaged box, examine the contents immediately and refuse the delivery if the merchandise is damaged. If, after accepting the product you discover damaged merchandise, please call 020 7458 7272 or email us at info@64computers.co.uk to report the damage. A product replacement will be sent after we have received the damaged product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Occasionally a manufacturer will make changes to a product shown online at EuroRehab.com; EuroRehab is not responsible for minor manufacturing / manufacturer design changes that may occur with a product. EuroRehab is not responsible for slight variations in colour that may exist in certain products.
NON-Damaged Merchandise Return Policy:
Products cannot be returned if they have been used, soiled, or if the packaging is destroyed. The product must be in new, resalable condition.
Please check merchandise when received and report any damage to the shipping company and to EuroRehab within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hygiene Products are Non-Returnable:
Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are generally non-returnable. Hygiene products, toileting products, body braces, foam cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per EuroRehab Policy.

If you decide you need to return an item that meets the criteria for return, we are happy to help you through the return process. You will need to send the Product to Eurorehab Ltd (c/o 64computers), 368 Cricklewood Lane, Childs hill, Middlesex, NW2 2QJ. Please ensure the following information is provided:
- Full Name
- Reason for Return
- Date of Purchase
Manufacturer's Warranty Policy / EuroRehab Warranty Policy:
EuroRehab supports and endorses all manufacturer's warranties. Customers should email reasons for return on returns@eurorehab.co.uk for authorisation. We request the customer to pay for returns postage and packaging and ship the product back to the above address for the product to be evaluated. Once an item has been deemed to be defective within the warrantable time period, a new replacement product will be shipped from our warehouse. If a EuroRehab customer requires or requests replacement of a warranted item before the return of the originally purchased item has occurred, then EuroRehab will require that the customer purchase the replacement item at full retail price. Once shipment verification is confirmed that the warranted item has been received at the Returns Warehouse, then a full refund of the warranted replacement item will be credited back to the customers account.
